Senior Procurement Manager - Marine & Heavy EPC

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Procurement Manager to lead our strategic global vendor sourcing and contractual negotiations for mega EPC and marine offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for API-grade piping, valves, marine equipment, and structural packages.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with international Tier-1 OEMs across Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
• Collaborate with project directors to establish milestone-based procurement schedules and risk registers.
• Manage port logistics, bonded warehouse operations, and customs clearance procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or Supply Chain Management; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or Marine offshore procurement.
• Proven network of global supplier relationships and familiarity with INCOTERMS 2020.
• Strong command of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and contract law.
