Lead QA/QC & Inspection Engineer (NDT Level III)

Role Overview

Lead quality surveillance, witness factory acceptance tests (FAT), and oversee non-destructive testing for high-pressure piping and offshore structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) in alignment with ASME, API, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Execute and witness advanced NDT methods (PAUT, TOFD, Radiography) at vendor yards.
• Review and approve Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ) and PQR/WPS dossiers.
• Conduct internal and supplier quality audits, managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to closure.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
• ASNT Level III or CSWIP 3.2 certification in Ultrasonic Testing and Radiography.
• 6+ years experience in heavy engineering, refinery turnarounds, or offshore fabrication.
• Working knowledge of ASME Section VIII & B31.3 codes.
